Bexley Green Points is an interactive programme that rewards you and your community for your efforts to reduce, reuse and recycle. Take sustainable actions to earn Green Points and win prizes for yourself and your community. Find out how to get involved below!

Family Fun Activities

The Family Fun activities aim to involve children in reducing waste, recycling and protecting the environment. It supports Bexley Council's work of running workshops at local schools. For this reason, we include the optional question of which school your child attends. Results will be used to understand the connection between the workshops and engagement with Green Points and data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

You can take part in a whole range of activities to earn Green Points for yourself and your community team. We've grouped these activities into themes, all of which you can get involved in at any time.

By taking part in the programme, every month you could win:

-One of the 15 x £20 vouchers for earning the most Green Points
-One of the 8 x £20 vouchers raffled across anyone who has completed a Food Waste Challenge activity

If you’re a winner, we'll announce you in the monthly newsletter and contact you by email.

Every 12 months we also share £2,200 between the top performing Bexley communities to donate to one of the five local charities or projects on our shortlist. You can view and vote for your favourite charity or project at any point on our homepage. The most popular among the winning communities will receive the donations.

Please note: you can win a maximum of one voucher within a 3-month period.
